Terms & Conditions – Signal Projects

Welcome to Signal Projects. These Terms & Conditions (T&Cs) govern all orders placed through our online shop, outlining your rights and responsibilities as a customer. By placing an order, you agree to comply with these Terms.

1. General Information

1. All purchases through our online store are subject to these Terms & Conditions in their current version.
2. Products are intended for end customers, including both consumers and entrepreneurs, and are sold in household quantities or individual professional requirements.
3. Customers confirm they are purchasing for personal use and not for resale.
4. Our Terms apply to future transactions and supersede any conflicting customer terms.
5. Special provisions apply for software purchases as detailed in section 9.

2. Conclusion of Contract

1. Product descriptions in our store are non-binding. Adding items to the cart and selecting “Pay now” constitutes a binding offer to purchase.
2. After placing your order, you receive an order confirmation email, which does not yet constitute acceptance. A contract is formed only upon acceptance by email or dispatch of the goods.
3. If a product is out of stock or permanently unavailable, the contract is not concluded.
4. We reserve the right to make technical or design changes between order and delivery.

3. Prices and Payment

1. Prices include VAT but exclude shipping and potential customs duties.
2. Payment must be made via the methods provided in the online shop.
3. No set-off or retention rights apply unless legally established or undisputed.

4. Shipping & Transfer of Risk

1. Dispatch timelines begin after payment confirmation or upon conclusion of the contract, depending on payment method.
2. Shipping deadlines are approximate and may vary by up to two working days.
3. Orders with multiple products may be shipped separately.
4. We select the carrier and shipping method at our discretion.
5. Risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer upon delivery to the carrier.

5. Retention of Title

1. Ownership of goods remains with Signal Projects until full payment is received.

2. Customers must treat reserved goods with care and notify us if goods are seized by third parties.

6. Statutory Warranty

Statutory warranty rights apply for defective goods.

Warranty periods:

• New products: 2 years for consumers, 12 months for entrepreneurs
• Used products: 12 months, unless unlimited liability applies
• Entrepreneurs must inspect delivered goods immediately.
• Wear and tear or misuse voids warranty claims.

7. Liability

1. Liability is limited to foreseeable damages in case of a breach of material obligations.
2. No further liability is assumed.
3. Safety information and product recalls are regularly updated on our website.

8. Voluntary Right of Return

Customers may return goods within 30 days of receipt without giving a reason.

Conditions for return:

1. Goods must be unused and undamaged
2. Original packaging must be intact
3. Goods must be complete

Exclusions from return rights include:

1. Software downloads and license keys
2. Customized or made-to-order products
3. Opened batteries, cables, or similar items
4. Products sold by the meter, consumables, or items with hygiene restrictions
5. No return for services once provided or already started.
