Delivery & Cancellation Policy – Signal Projects

At Signal Projects, we aim to provide fast, reliable, and secure delivery for all orders of our premium audio and video cables, instrument cables, and professional interconnects.


Delivery Time:

  • Orders are normally delivered within 10–15 working days.
  • Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
  • Orders placed on weekends will be processed on the following Monday.
  • Delivery times may vary based on stock availability and delivery location. If any delay occurs, a member of our staff will contact you promptly.


Shipping Method:

  • Deliveries are made via a trusted courier service, which usually requires a signature on delivery. Please ensure someone is available to receive your order.

  • Large or heavy parcels may incur additional shipping charges for certain outlying areas. We will always notify you of any extra charges prior to dispatch.


Important Notes:

  • Orders placed during weekends or bank/public holidays are processed on the next working day.

  • All delivery schedules are provided on a best endeavors basis, and while we strive for timely delivery, we cannot accept liability for delays beyond our control.

  • If your order has not arrived as expected and you have not received an update, please contact us at info@signalprojectspro.com. Provide your order details within 14 days of placing the order to receive tracking information or proof of delivery (POD). After 14 days, we cannot request additional information from the courier, and orders marked as delivered cannot be claimed.

Cancellation Policy


Order Cancellations:

  • Requests for cancellation will be considered only if received within 24 hours of placing the order and before the shipment has been handed over to the logistics provider.

  • Orders already shipped cannot be canceled.


Product Issues & Returns:

  • If the product received does not match the technical specifications listed on the website, contact our Customer Service Team within 24 hours of delivery.

  • After reviewing your complaint, we will facilitate either a replacement or a refund based on your preference.
