Delivery Information

We normally expect your order to be delivered within 10-15 working days. Working days are Monday to Friday excluding public holidays. Orders placed on Saturday/Sunday will be deemed as being placed on the following Monday. Delivery date may be affected by stock availability and location of delivery; however, a member of staff will be in contact in such a situation.

Deliveries are usually made by a courier service, which will require a signature on delivery, please ensure someone will be available to check and sign for your goods.

There may be additional charges for large and heavy parcels that require delivery to certain outlying areas. We will always inform you of these shipping charges prior to dispatch.

Please Note - We do not process orders at the weekend or on any bank holidays. Any orders placed during these times are processed on the Monday (or the first day back after the Bank Holiday). All deliveries, schedules and timescales are made on a ‘best endeavors’ basis, we cannot accept any liability or costs for late delivery of orders.


If your goods have not arrived when you are expecting them and we haven’t advised otherwise, let us know by emailing info@signalprojectspro.com and we will send the tracking or POD to confirm delivery. Please contact us within 14 days of order placed, after this time it is not possible to request further information from the courier and if the goods as shown as delivered then we can not be held responsible for orders misplaced after this time.


Cancellation policy:

Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 24 hours of placing an order and shipping process pending. If the cancellation request is received after the shipment is handed over to Logistics service provider, the same cannot be entertained.

If the product received is not as per the technical specifications shown on the site, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 24 hours of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision and facilitate for replacement or refund as per your requirement.
